I am a Nottingham based Photographer with several years experience of 35mm film and Digital Photography using Nikon camera's & lenses.

Equipment used: Nikon D800,D700 & D300 DSLR’s & Nikon F80 film. Nikon 16-35mm (f4), Nikon 24-70mm (f2.8), Nikon 70-200mm (f2.8), Nikon 105mm (f2.8), Nikon SB 600 Speedlights and softboxes.

My academic background is founded in digital media, having studied at the University of Nottingham and obtaining a Certificate of Higher Education. I also have a teaching qualification and have taught photography and mentored people in their pursuit of a better understanding of the art and its social benefits.

My style of photography covers studio and location shooting. I enjoy wildlife and landscape photography and have also worked with various models doing portraiture, fashion and art-nude. I also have a keen eye for natural flora & fauna and inner city landscapes along with nature inspired architecture.

My portfolio includes the Nottingham City Council Museums Department(Newstead Abbey & Council House), the D.H Lawrence Heritage Museum(Eastwood), the Woodland Trust(Oldmoor Wood), the Focus Gallery(Derby Rd), the Worm that Turned(Derby Rd), the Malt Cross(St.James St) & All Saints Clothing(formerly Nat West Bank, Thurland St). I also have experience of documentary photography, having done several ‘second shooter’ weddings which were both fun and interesting to do.
